View Review"I love this shop! The individuals are always so polite and professional. They don’t try to price gouge or pressure you into unnecessary services. Additionally, they have always asked prior to proceeding with a service if the price is going to be different than the estimate given originally which I respect and appreciate. My oil change for my suv was close to $150 elsewhere and at Roy’s it was closer to $80. I was also able to get my front and rear brakes as well as a rotor replaced for less than $400 and in under two hours. I can’t say enough good things about them. I will continue to use them and recommend their services."

Since there is no Discount Tire in Carrolton and the nearest one is miles away, I chose Roy's tire center. From the phone conversations while pricing my tires, to the great customer service I received, I highly recommend this place. Clean waiting area, almost $100 less than anywhere I priced, and the customer service is beyond what you normally get these days. I cant stress enough, the customer service was well worth the visit."
